Our wellbeing and mental health is one of the most important things for us to look after, and often one of the last things on our to do lists. Although the stigma around mental health is getting better as more people share their stories and experiences to help others. It is still something most of us try to brush under the carpet.

This week is Mental Health Awareness Week, from the 18th-24th we are encouraged to focus on the theme

‘the power and potential of KINDNESS towards mental health.’
