There’s got to be a way past the psychological obstruction that prevents one from diving head first into a perfect handstand. When we arrive at the point in our practice where the teacher speaks the words we feel distaste for.
The hand balance inversions
We allow ourselves to believe our mind is stronger than the upper body stength that a hand stand may require. What is stopping us?
What if we fall?
What if we freak out?
What if we fail?
Lets try and take those “what if’s” and replace them with “so what’s”.
If we fail, we fail. So what? There’s no end to trying again, and again, and again!
