Alicia is a freelance fitness instructor trying to master all areas of health and wellbeing. When she came across Yoga she found love and a whole new way of life that she wants to share with people.

Jane’s Classes: Hot Flow

Jane comes from a dance background and has found yoga to be the most beneficial compliment to dance, both mentally and physically.

In addition to teaching yoga, Jane has a wealth of experience in dance and fitness, having taught both nationally and internationally for many years. She teaches passionately, eager to pass on all of her knowledge to her students but is forever a student herself. She continues to attend workshops and masterclasses to develop her skills as a holistic yoga teacher.

Janes classes incorporate a mixture of flavours of Dharma yoga, with flow, feel and emphasis on moving deeper into your practice. Jane keeps the focus on the individual, so wherever you are with your yoga practice you are welcome.

Helen’s Classes: Smooth Flow 

Helen comes from a background of theatre, dance and teaching. Yoga has provided an important foundation in Helen’s world since her mid teens and is passionate about sharing these teachings with others.

Helen predominantly teaches in the Vinyasa Flow style but has practices in Hatha, Yin, Ashtanga, Meditation and Restorative ….so you may enjoy a few surprises. She often teaches with music and readings (and may occasionally take requests!)

Helen is also an experienced school teacher and believes in offering Yoga to the next generation.

Kiera’s Classes: Vinyasa Flow

Kiera fell in love with yoga after she discovered how it affected her mind and body. This transformation ignited a desire to be able to share this with other people.

Kiera’s classes involve flowing with the breathe, whilst trying to calm to mind and relax the body, growing stronger as you do so.
