Banana, Fig & Peanut Butter Post-Workout Smoothie (serves 1)

Ingredients

1 banana, frozen

1 fresh fig

1 handful of spinach

1 tbsp peanut butter

1/2-1 tbsp flaxseeds

3 Brazil nuts

Approx 1 cup of milk of choice

One Step Method!

1. Put all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth. Add more milk if needed.
